The PRINCE2® Agile Practitioner
The PRINCE2 Agile Practitioner course is an extension of the PRINCE2 methodology. It provides guidance on how to apply PRINCE2 principles, themes, and processes in an agile context.
PRINCE2 Agile combines the structured, controlled approach of PRINCE2 with agile practices, enabling organisations to achieve the benefits of both approaches.
With this certification, you’ll demonstrate your experience using Agile approaches, have stronger collaborative skills, embrace complexity, and thrive on rapid response times.
