What are Skill Benchmark assessments?
Learning People’s exclusive Skill Benchmark assessments use a unique criterion-based approach to measure your proficiency and validate your job specific skill sets
Skill Benchmarks are the only skill assessments that are designed to help students build the world’s most in-demand competencies – and are available for:
- IT
- Networking
- Cloud
- Cyber Security
- Blockchain
- Web Design
- Coding
- Software Development
- Data Science
- Data Analysis
- Scrum
- Agile
How does the Skill Benchmark assessment work?
You’ll begin by answering curated questions on specific skills. This measures your current proficiency and assigns your Skill Benchmark score.
You’ll then receive personalised recommendations based upon your score that include micro-learning lessons, hands-on practice labs, instructor-led training (ILT), and longer-form learning, such as Aspire Journeys. These will all enhance and deepen your skill sets.
Every question that you answer is tied to a specific learning objective that has been defined by recognised subject-matter experts.
When you answer a question correctly, you are demonstrating practical expertise in your field. When you answer a question incorrectly, you’ll know precisely how to close your personal skills gaps.
When you complete your Skill Benchmark assessment, you will get an official certificate with your score and proficiency level.
