PRINCE2® Agile Foundation course overview
The PRINCE2® Agile Foundation course is an approach that combines the flexibility of agile with the support and structure of PRINCE2® Project Management. It takes the agile principles, approaches and techniques, and shows you how to apply them to the PRINCE2® Project Management methodology.
Due to it being based on PRINCE2®'s well-known framework, it’s both widely recognised and adaptable, avoiding any conflict or unnecessary miscommunication.
Project Management Practitioners increasingly embrace Agile as a technique for managing successful projects. By successfully completing the PRINCE2® Agile Foundation, you’ll be recognised as having knowledge in using Agile practices in your projects and the knowledge to tailor PRINCE2® Agile to project management scenarios.
