We're retiring our self-managed instalment plans
This means your current plan needs to move to one of the two options outlined below. Read on to learn what these are.
Until you choose an option and your plan is transitioned, your account can't be kept up to date, and we want to help you avoid any missed or late payments.
The deadline we originally set for you to contact us regarding this has now passed, so it's important that you get in touch with us as soon as possible.

We've worked hard to provide flexible alternatives that offer great value, allowing you to choose the option that best suits your circumstances.
Option 1 – Move to a new 12-month 0% APR payment plan
We've partnered with Premium Credit to offer a new 12-month, 0% APR payment plan for your remaining balance.
As this is a new finance agreement, a credit check is required as part of the application process.
Benefits of this option:
- 0% APR – you'll pay no interest.
- A fresh 12-month repayment term from the date your new agreement begins.
- For many customers, this will provide additional time to repay their remaining balance, which may reduce their monthly repayments. The amount of additional time will depend on how many payments remain on your current plan.
- A quick and straightforward online application.
Option 2 – Pay your remaining balance in full and save 10%
If you'd prefer to settle your remaining balance in a single payment, we'd like to offer you a 10% discount on your outstanding balance.
Simply email us at [email protected] and a member of our team will calculate your discounted settlement figure and arrange payment with you.

Please let us know your preferred option within 7 days to avoid any disruption to your account:
- To move to the new 12-month 0% APR payment plan, click 'Apply Now' above and complete the short application.
- To take advantage of the 10% settlement discount, simply reply to this email.
