The exam consists of a maximum of 90 multiple-choice and performance-based questions, and the duration of the exam is 90 minutes. Upon passing the exam, candidates will receive the CompTIA Security+ certification, which is valid for three years. After three years, individuals will need to renew their certification by obtaining continuing education units (CEUs) or by retaking the exam.
CertificationOn successfully passing the CompTIA Security+ exam, you’ll be awarded your certification. This is a digital certificate.
