The ITIL® 4 Direct Plan and Improve module concludes with an exam that tests candidates' understanding of the key concepts and practices covered in the module. The exam consists of 40 multiple-choice questions, and candidates have 90 minutes to complete it. The passing score for the exam is 70%, which means candidates must correctly answer at least 28 out of 40 questions to pass.


On successfully passing the ITIL® 4 Direct Plan and Improve (DPI) exam, you’ll be awarded your certification. This is a digital certificate.
