The ITIL® v4 Drive Stakeholder Value (DSV) course is assessed through a 90-minute exam which includes 40 questions that will test your knowledge of the course modules.


On successful completion of the course, you will receive your ITIL® DSV certificate for ITIL®4. This is a digital certificate.
