- Are at least 18 years old.
- Are an Australian citizen or Permanent Resident.
- Are employed full time/part time/self-employed and working 20+ hours per week unless on a Veterans or Aged Pension Card. (Can complete special approval if student doesn’t meet this requirement)
- Have a valid mobile phone number.
- Have a valid and current Australian Driver’s License, Aged
- Pension Card or Veteran’s Pension Card (Can complete special approval if student doesn’t meet this requirement)
- Payment type must be in the name of applicant.
