Project Management salary trends overview for 2026

Australia:

  • Entry-level Project Management roles (Project Officer/Coordinator) have salaries ranging from $95,000 to $115,000.
  • Mid-level Project Management professionals can expect salaries between $140,000 and $160,000.
  • Senior-level Project Management positions offer compensation from $180,000.

New Zealand:

  • Entry-level/junior Project Management roles have salaries ranging from $65,000 to $85,000.
  • Mid-level Project Management professionals can expect salaries between $115,000 and $130,000.
  • Senior-level Project Management positions offer salaries from $155,000.
