We're delighted to share that we've further developed our AI training, with additional sector-specific AI training now embedded in every single learning pathway. These improved courses and pathways will give our students comprehensive AI skills, future-proofing their careers in IT, tech or project management.
It’s no secret that AI is continuing to transform every sector, and none more than IT and project management. A staggering 72% of employers expect new hires, regardless of job role, to be AI proficient.
That’s why - following the launch of our AI courses last autumn - we’ve further strengthened our focus on AI skills with additional AI training embedded into all pathways, as well as a new standalone AI Skills Accelerator pathway to help our students build the skills employers are actually looking for.

AI Transformation Shows No Signs of Stopping
AI is driving a productivity boom, and according to PwC’s 2026 Global AI Jobs Barometer, companies that are most able to use AI are more productive and have faster-growing headcounts. The top 20% of AI-exposed organisations globally are reaping an average labour productivity growth of 168%. Clearly, the strategic implementation of AI tools across business operations is a game-changer, with employers paying a wage premium of up to 119% for those with AI skills.
AI hiring in the UK has skyrocketed; 180,000 job postings required specialist AI literacy skills in 2025, up from 112,000 in 2024 and 33,000 in 2012. Notably, the Technology, Media and Telecoms (TMT) sector has the highest share of AI job
