General Questions
We know that everyone is different, and this is why you won’t see any individual course prices online. All of our learning packages are uniquely tailored to every individual.
Through your conversation with our career consultants, we can discover your individual needs and tailor your learning package. This way we give you the most suitable course to achieve your career goals.
Finance is a great way to spread the cost of your course. To make sure it is easy for you, we have a wide range of financing options available to best suit your needs.
We can signpost you to third-party finance companies, but please remember you will be entering into agreements directly with them and must deal with them in the unlikely event of any payment issues.
Our IT and Coding training packages include British Computer Society (BCS) Membership for 24 months, which gives you access to a host of professional development tools, the BCS career mentoring network and a host of additional resources.
You will need to complete an application form, and your membership will be activated within 60 days of completion. BCS will notify you by email to confirm that the application has been processed.
Please note this offer is valid for people joining BCS for the first time and cannot be used by existing BCS members or for membership renewals.
For our PMI courses (PMP and CAPM) we offer a 12 month PMI membership allowing access to the world's largest project management community, a PM job board, free PDU opportunities and a download of free copy of the PMI PMBOK.

Getting Started
The first step in your career journey with us will be to have a consultation call. An expert career consultant will spend time getting to know you and your career aspirations, and will then be able to work out the best course collection and pathway for you to get to where you want to go.
Once you have been enrolled, your Career Consultant will book your orientation phone call. During this call, a member of our StudentCare™ team will walk through the learning platform with you and guide you on how best to begin your studies. They’ll give you advice on exam readiness and the booking process. They will also discuss setting up regular check-in calls with you, if you wish, and can give pointers on study planning.
If you are unable to keep the original orientation appointment, please contact [email protected], where a member of our StudentCareTM team will be more than happy to re-book the orientation call for a time that suits you.
First, check your spam, junk, or promotions folders. If you still can’t find it, email StudentCare™ at [email protected].
We use multiple training platforms as we always seek to provide the best training for each specific subject. You will be sent an email within 24 hours of your enrollment detailing the specific login details you’ll need to access your training. Please check your junk or spam email for those emails.
It could be 12, 18, or 24 months depending on your course. Your registration email confirms this.

Addressing some commonly asked questions about our reviews
No, we do not offer a job guarantee at Learning People, and for good reason. We don't believe you can ethically guarantee someone a job, no matter how excellent the service is. Although many of our competitors use job guarantees as a hook in their promotional material, we don't wish to partake in any form of false marketing or false promises.
Our proven 97% employment success rate for students who partake in our full Career Services program demonstrates how effective we are at supporting people into their dream careers.
While we will never pretend to have full control over all external factors that can determine job success (which is the case for businesses offering a job guarantee), the results our students achieve and the success stories of those who use our service speak to the strength of our offering and gives us full confidence in what we do to help people transform their lives.
Yes, Learning People offers a 14-day cooling-off period after you enrol with us. This gives you two full weeks to experience our onboarding process, be introduced to your StudentCare contact, and log into the learning platform and review course content, all within the cool-off window.
We aim to give you everything you need to get a good overview of the platforms and course content within the first 14 days. At the start of your license, you will be invited to a Welcome Orientation (online meeting), in which our StudentCare team will demonstrate the learning platform and answer your questions. You are then free to review the content material for up to six hours.
If you do decide to cancel your study program within 14 days, and you are eligible to do so based on our terms and conditions, you will receive a full refund. We make refunds within 30 days of receipt of your written notification of your cancellation.
We support our students the best we can when their circumstances change, and they can no longer prioritise their studies as much as they'd planned when enrolling.
While we won't be able to cancel or refund the enrolment completely once outside of the 14-day cool-off period, there are things we can do to help make students' payments more manageable or to extend their platform licence so they have more time to complete their studies.
In almost all cases, there is a way we can help to reduce the pressure on enrolled students who need to pivot their focus to other areas of their life during their enrolment. The solutions will be bespoke to each student's situation.
We're proud of our award-winning StudentCare™ service and how often this is mentioned in our five-star reviews. This team do everything in their power to set students up for success and help them find solutions when they experience extenuating circumstances.
We're aware of these reviews, and we do our best to address these in a timely way. We've been in operation for over 16 years, and while it's natural for a long-standing provider to receive occasional negative reviews, they don't reflect the typical student journey.
We're always looking for ways to improve as a business, which is why we take all our reviews, positive and negative, very seriously, and why we have a human team that responds to and investigates every single complaint that requires escalation. Overall, we're proud of our student success stories, customer testimonials, and thousands of positive reviews that showcase how the Learning People approach can change lives for the better.
Our mission at Learning People isn't simply to provide online courses; it's to help people get hired. Our market-leading blend of online course content, study guidance, exam prep, live classes with expert mentors, and long-term access to 1:1 career coaching is what leads to the proven 97% employment success rate for our students. In turn, this is why thousands of graduates have rated us "Excellent" on Trustpilot, left us hundreds of 5-star Google reviews, and proudly shared their Learning People success stories.
When shopping around, people often think Learning People is more expensive than other providers because they assume our offering is the same as theirs, without realising that what we offer as a baseline service is much more comprehensive.
We don't just provide course content and exam vouchers. We offer an end-to-end skills training service with the ultimate goal of our students getting hired into a new role. Students benefit from:
- an award-winning StudentCare team to support them the entire way through their studies
- live virtual classrooms with expert mentors
- one-to-one exam preparation help
- access to a dedicated career coach to help them optimise their CVs, prepare for interviews, build their LinkedIn profile, start professional networking, and apply for jobs they want.
- Ongoing access to your career coach even after you graduate and have landed your first role, as well as access our supportive LinkedIn alumni network.
We are with you every step of the way, from starting your first course to receiving a "You've been successful" email for your dream role.
If you're looking beyond simply gaining some new certificates and are serious about transforming your career, we're a provider you can rely on to give you all the tools you need to do it, and we'll support you until you achieve your goal.
You do not need to worry about aggressive sales tactics with Learning People. The first person you will come into contact with after enquiring is one of our Career Consultants, who will not only be highly trained, helpful and friendly, but also 100% compliant with all trade regulations and standards.
They may call a few times when they can't reach someone; it's true that they are keen to get in touch by phone after someone has left an enquiry. This is only because the initial consultation is a critical and necessary step for helping you understand if Learning People is right for you and which learning pathway would fit you best. They will absolutely respect your time and boundaries if you let them know when you will and won't be available to talk, and when they can and can't try to make contact.
It is also true that the initial career consultation (which is completely free), is very thorough. The Career Consultant will ask you many questions to try to understand your motivations for upskilling or changing careers and to make the best recommendation possible for how you should proceed. This may feel a little intensive for some, but the outcome can be genuinely life-changing. This is the most effective way to set you on the right path to make an actual change in your career for the long term.
Finally, it's worth noting we have a Net Promoter Score (NPS) of 73%. This is a score that measures customer satisfaction by asking how likely they are to recommend your service to a friend or colleague. Scores of over 70% are widely considered to be "world-class", making this one of the strongest commendations for our business conduct and service offering.
We offer a premium, bespoke skills training and career transformation service, for which the exact content and final price are tailored to each individual. Final pricing depends on the right learning pathway for each person, and is therefore shared on a quote basis.
For this reason, and to avoid confusion or misunderstanding, we don't publish too much specific information about costs and pricing, although we do give an indication of what monthly starting prices could look like for course pathways in different sectors (if purchased on a financing plan) on our Course Program pages.
The only way to get accurate pricing information is to talk to one of our Career Consultants. This consultation is completely free.
No, Learning People is not a scam. We've been in operation globally for over 16 years, and have accumulated thousands of 5-star "Excellent" ratings on Trustpilot over the years from students who have successfully changed careers through our learning pathway; these reviews clearly validate the effectiveness of our approach.
We have a vast library of student video testimonials and reviews, which we use to celebrate our students' success. We're also proud of our verified 97% employment success rate for students who complete our full learning and support programs.
While we're always looking for ways to improve the business and the experience we offer, we do want to strongly counter reviews aligning us with scam tactics, especially those claiming:
- We offer no support following enrolment. The study and career support we offer students is something we take very seriously. We're particularly proud of how the business has developed since 2010 to establish our now award-winning student care team and Career Services team that support each and every student from enrolment to employment. Whether our students engage with these teams is up to them, but it is available to everyone who enrols with us.
- We mark-up course prices. We are not simply offering course material or access to e-learning and exam vouchers. We offer a career-transformation service that includes online learning, mentoring, live classes, student support, and career coaching, as well as extensive alumni resources. The premium nature of the service is reflected in the final price.
It is not true that we gatekeep exam access. In fact, unlike most providers, we offer an in-depth exam preparation service as part of every enrollment, which ensures our students are ready before taking the exams and maximises their chances of success and first-time passes.
This service includes mock examinations, which help us and the student understand if they are ready to sit the exam. If they score well on the mock tests, they can go ahead and book their exam straight away. If it turns out they need a little more practice, this is what we advise before they spend their time and effort going through the exam process.
We want the exam experience to be successful and stress-free, which is why our StudentCare team invests time in ensuring our students are at the right level before they commit to an exam sitting.
