There are no official prerequisites to start this pathway. You can start as a complete beginner without prior work experience or qualifications. Any experience managing projects in a professional environment, even if not officially as a project manager, will be beneficial.

Is this project management training program the same as an apprenticeship?

While apprenticeships offer "learn-while-you-earn" stability over 12–24 months, this certification collection provides a high-speed alternative for career changers. You gain industry-standard credentials in weeks rather than years, allowing you to bypass entry-level apprentice wages (£18k–£26k) and move straight into permanent Junior PM roles (£32k–£45k). Combined with our employer network and career support, you gain the same professional connections as an apprentice but with greater flexibility and significantly faster earning potential.

What support do I get around exams?

We support our students through the life-cycle of their learning and towards the end of the study period you will have access to exam prep to establish your readiness to take your exams. Our StudentCare™ team are on hand throughout the process to support you with the booking of the exams.

What happens after Certification and qualification?
