Tell us about yourself and the courses that you took

Hello, my name is James Johnson and I studied CompTIA Network+, CompTIA Security+ and I'm currently studying CompTIA Cyber Security Analyst+ with Learning People.

Why did you first reach out to Learning People?

I first reached out to Learning People because their cyber security courses looked as if they covered a wide variety of topics and content in cyber security and the way they were structured and set out and delivered looked like they really suited my learning style.

How was your initial consultation call?

My initial career consultation with Toby was a really great experience. He listened exactly to my career aspirations. He listened to why I wanted to change into the new career as a cyber security analyst. He then talked to me about my past work experience and how those kind of skills I learned from those jobs could really benefit my new career and then advised me on courses that can kind of get me to where I wanted to be.

It was a really good start to working with Learning People.

How did you find the learning experience and support from StudentCare™?

My online learning experience has been and still is really good and positive. The online courses are delivered in a clear way. The transcripts for all the videos are there so you can read through them afterwards if you so wish. The practical labs give you good hands-on experience. 

The whole online learning process has been really good for me. During the many courses I've now done with Learning People, I felt supported all the way, have regular catchups with someone from the Learning People team to make sure that I'm staying on track with my learning and to give me support if I have any problems or questions.
