Interested in pursuing a career in cyber security, Jaydeep approached Learning People for advice on certifications and how to make a successful career transition. Within a year and a half, Jaydeep gained his CompTIA certifications and landed his first cyber role with our support.
With four certifications gained, Jaydeep was able to successfully secure his first role as a SOC Analyst Specialist.

Why did you first reach out to Learning People?
I came across Learning People online and reached out to them to get some advice regarding transitioning into cyber security and to look into different pathways they offered.
What has been your favourite part of your journey?

Each stage built on the last, so nothing felt rushed or disconnected. It strengthened my foundation and it gave me the confidence to talk through concepts clearly and articulate what I know, which has made a real difference in my career development.
What would you say to someone considering enrolling?
The self-paced learning format is flexible, with plenty of video and study materials to work from. And the home lab tasks give you hands-on experience you can talk about in interviews. It does take discipline to stay consistent, but if you put in the work, it's a great way to build on your skills and your confidence.
