Please tell us about yourself and the courses you took

Hi there, my name is Mike, and I studied the project management pathway with the Learning People, which included the AgilePM® Foundation, AgilePM® Practitioner, APM Project Management Qualification (PMQ), Change Management Foundation, and Change Management Practitioner courses.

Why did you first reach out to Learning People?

I researched various project management courses online and came across Learning People. I watched a video featuring someone who, like me, had left teaching to pursue a career in project management. This person shared their positive experience with the course in a testimonial.

Encouraged by this, I reached out to them on LinkedIn, and they highly recommended Learning People and the course. After that, I contacted Learning People and enrolled in the course.

How has enrolling with Learning People impacted your career development?

Changing careers can be really challenging, but several factors have made my transition from teaching to project management much smoother than I could have achieved on my own.

One of the key elements has been the support and knowledge I've gained from the Learning People. I was already somewhat familiar with various aspects of project management, but the course I took with the Learning People helped me consolidate that knowledge. 

It provided clarity on specific project management tools and terminology. As a result of the courses I have completed, I have developed the skills necessary to excel in my current role as a project manager.
