The volume of job postings related AI rose by 35% from 2023-2024 and is expected to continue, according to McKinsey. The desire for AI skills was particularly prominent for roles such as software engineers, data scientists, and data engineers.
Accenture highlighted that with the correct training, generative AI could add £736 billion to the UK’s Gross Domestic Product (GDP) by 2038, so it should come as no surprise that it is becoming a highly sought after skill for businesses globally.
