Why Don’t Learning People Offer a Money-Back Guarantee?
We want to provide students with a broad range of ways to fund their training rather than restricting access to people who can afford to pay everything upfront.
Money-back guarantees and third-party finance don’t always sit comfortably together. Offering certain types of guarantees can restrict the financing arrangements a provider can make available. That’s why we prioritise accessible payment options and meaningful career support rather than build our proposition around a refund promise.
As is standard in the UK, you have a 14-day cooling-off period from your day of enrolment, during which time you can cancel and receive a full refund. And, if you’re concerned about course payments, you can always speak to our finance team for help and advice.
